I’ve worn many hats in this business since I first got my start in 2004 (Okay, full disclosure—it was a few years after college, but who's counting?). When I put this site together, I knew I wanted to focus on what really excites me: LA Pool Homes, LA Tennis Estates, and homes with tennis courts, pickleball courts, and everything in between.
Growing up an avid swimmer and tennis enthusiast, this niche just made sense. There’s nothing sexier than a lit swimming pool at night, diving into that heated pool while gazing at the stars. And let’s not forget about how a great pool can elevate the sale of a home in ways few other features can. "But Matthew, aren’t you just after the most expensive properties?" Well, yes… and no. Sure, LA Pool Homes and LA Tennis Estates are lucrative, but trust me—this is more than just business. It's a passion.
